Dear Mum
I'm writing to you from tundra biome.
Where i am it is super cold it can get down to below -28 degrees .
Since i came i have seen and arctic fox, snowy owl and a raindeer .
Around me there are alot of snowy mountains and no trees.
The tundra is located near the north pole and it covers a firth of the earths surface.
Eskimos live here along the coast they survive on seal, whales and fish.
Hi Ben,
ReplyDeleteIt's Hazel here again. Congratulations on another great SLJ post!
I really enjoyed reading the letter you wrote to your mother about your time in the tundra. I can tell from all of the great facts that you included that you did some research on your own 1 awesome! I especially like that you included details about the animals you would see there. Would you like to visit the tundra for real one day? Why/why not?
Keep it up, Ben!
Hazel :)
